The UAW alleges that Mercedes-Benz engaged in illegal anti-union activities, including firing pro-union workers, forcing employees to attend anti-union meetings, and interfering with union advocacy efforts. These accusations have prompted the UAW to request a new election from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
